My new Nokia 6086 is apparently "unsupported" by Apple's iSync. Luckily, a little googling can solve every problem. I used David García Pérez's helpful instructions (in spanish) for the Nokia 6085 to create my Nokia 6086 plugin.
Thus far, I have used it to copy images and videos from the phone to my mac; iSync contacts; send SMS messages from Address Book; and dial phone numbers from Address Book.
I think incoming SMS messages are not showing up in Address Book.
Anyway, here's the file for the Nokia 6086. Let me know if it's useful to you by emailing me at alpalp114 at yahoo.
And if anyone at Nokia or Apple does not find my homemade plugin to be copacetic, let me know and I'll promptly remedy the situation.

Nokia 6086 iSync Links
Nokia's Mac Software Page <here> -- for some reason, there's no 6086 iSync plugin and their Media Transfer software doesn't support the 6086 either.
David García Pérez's Nokia 6085 iSync plugin instructions <here> -- on which I based my Nokia 6086 plugin
Then there are two companies with pretty cheap iSync plugins for purchase, which support many different phones:
